Heat Exchanger Product Model The typical model of Heat Exchanger model is made with transparent acrylic tube shell with internal details such as baffle plates and tubes. The model was fabricated for IIT-Powai and BAPCO REFINERY - Bahrain. Outlet and inlet nozzles are shown with nut and bolts fittings true to scale. The whole model is mounted on wooden base board with suitable saddle support for final display. This model is mainly used for training purpose at various levels. This also depicts the concept of new design development by clients. Model is fabricated to scale of 1 : 10 scale sizing to 3ft long approx.
